At over two miles in length, on a Saturday, you will find antiques, fruit and vegetables, fashion, new and second-hand goods. The main market days are Friday and Saturday. Ladbroke Grove to North End and Notting Hill Gate to South of Portobello Road are the nearest Underground stations. From the hotel, the easiest way of reaching Portobello Market from the hotel is by Underground. When you exit the hotel, turn left, walk till the end of Gunterstone Road. Turn left and walk straight on the Gliddon Road. You will also cross the Talgarth Road (A4). Keep walking and Barons Court Station will be right in front of you. You have to take the Piccadilly Line Westbound to Hammersmith and take City or Circle Line Northbound from Hammersmith to Ladbroke Grove. Please ask at the Reception for more information.
