Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes — this is the hotel's own website. There is no agency commission in the price and no booking fee on top, and you are booking with the hotel rather than a reseller.
When am I charged?
It depends which rate you choose, and the rate says so before you book.
- Flexible — nothing is taken when you book. Your card is held securely to guarantee the room.
- Non-refundable — charged in full when you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Flexible — cancel free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, the full stay is charged.
- Non-refundable — charged in full when you book. No changes and no refunds.

Reception is staffed staffed 24 hours a day.
Can I check in early or leave later?
Both are subject to availability. Contact the hotel on the day of your arrival and we will do our best.

Yes — free, before check-in and after check-out.

Is there a deposit?
£100 taken by credit card on arrival and returned within 7 days of check-out, after the room is checked.

- Single Room — A single room for one, with parquet floors. Sleeps 1.
- Petite Single — Our smallest room, for one — compact by design and complete: a flat-screen television, a tea and coffee tray and an en suite with a walk-in rain shower. Sleeps 1.
